This is a brand new separate ticketed event for the Fiber Witch Festival 2025! The Coronation Ball is a private event Hotel Salem just for us Fiber Witches! The festivities will take place from 7pm-10pm. Your ticket includes hors d’oeuvres, a Greek Mythology Game hosted by Dragon Hoard Yarn (featuring prizes), and Fiber Witch Bingo (featuring prizes). There is no required dress code but we encourage you to dress up in your witchy best and have fun with the theme! Cash bar will be available at the party. Tickets may be purchased in groups of 6, if you have a larger group than that you will need to make separate transactions.

Event Details

You are cordially invited to the Coronation of Persephone, Queen of the Underworld. Please join us for an opulent soiree bedecked in garnet and gold at the Hotel Salem.

The Coronation Ball includes: a special Greek Mythology game with Dragon Hoard Yarn (includes prizes), a Fiber Witch Bingo (includes prizes), and delicious hors d'oeuvres. Cash bar available.

There is no required dresscode, but we encourage you to dress up in your witchy best and have fun with the theme!

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, Fiber Witch Festival generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through Fiber Witch Festival, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
